Includes all new bearings,  synchronizers, small parts replacement, exterior cleaning and paint. Our NV4500 builds ONLY come equipped with full spline main shafts, new 5th gears,  5th gear nut fix's, and cast Iron tail housings. 1-3/8" input upgrades are easily added upon request.

Many times these transmissions will require new gears since the synchronizer cones are unitized with the speed gears- this cost reflects the replacement of any two gears/input shaft. Beyond two gears, the cost is added to the total. The cost for new gears for ZF6's is very minimal.

Add two finned aluminum PTO coolers, adds 1 quart of fluid capacity per side, reduces transmission temperatures extending fluid and overall transmission life.
